I was born in Moh\u00e1cs in 1985 and began my studies in the sports program at Brodarics Elementary School. On March 15, 1995, I went rowing for the first time, an experience that immediately shaped my life: I went on to become a multiple Hungarian Champion and a member of the national rowing team. After graduating from K\u00e1roly Kisfaludy High School (Moh\u00e1cs), I attended P\u00e9cs University to study Physical Education.<\/p>\n
As a young adult, an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylitis) knocked me off my feet for a long period of time: I spent nearly a year at home and in hospitals. That period showed me the true value of mental health and human support. That\u2019s where my commitment to psychology began.<\/p>\n
In 2009, I graduated with a degree in Sports Communication. In 2012, I earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from Babe\u0219-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where I wrote my thesis on Relaxation and Sports Psychology.<\/p>\n
In 2014, I earned a professional rowing coach certification from Semmelweis University.<\/p>\n
In 2018, I earned a master\u2019s degree in Psychology from the University of P\u00e9cs, where I researched the psychological factors that influence coaching effectiveness.<\/p>\n

In 2022, I earned a degree in Sports Psychology through a joint program offered by E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University and the Hungarian University of Sports Science.<\/p>\n
From 2019 to 2023, I completed my doctoral research at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of P\u00e9cs, focusing on a comprehensive study of the psychophysiological stress patterns in rowing and performance anxiety.<\/span><\/p>\n In 2024, I completed the International Coaching Education and Certification Program (ICECP) offered by the University of Delaware, the International Olympic Committee, and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.<\/p>\n I currently work as an associate professor and head of department at Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University, as well as a lecturer at the University of P\u00e9cs, while also working as a sports psychologist in several sports and with national teams.<\/p>\n I am married and the proud father of two sons.<\/p>\n Throughout my career, I have guided numerous athletes and coaches to the winner’s podium at the Olympics, World Championships, and European Championships, as well as to finals appearances, helping them with
